Services
Tjvex Studio provides mobile app development, web development, and AI services as described on our website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project are agreed in a written proposal or quote before work begins.
Quotes and payment
We provide a fixed quote after a free discovery call. Payment terms are set out in the project proposal. Work begins once the agreed deposit (if any) is received.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the intellectual property in the custom work we create for you, including source code and designs. We may reuse general techniques and know-how gained during the project.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
